Medhat al-Mahmoud acquires property belonging to the symbols of the former regime and sells them at exorbitant prices

A source on the acquisition head of the Iraqi Council of the Judiciary, "Medhat al-Mahmoud," on property belonging to the codes in the regime of Saddam Hussein and the transfer of ownership to his name and then sell.
The source said that "it was the transfer of ownership registered in the name of the drug," Kamal Mustafa Abdallah of Nazareth, "which is a relative of Saddam Hussein and No. (168/74 m Aouinat) within the borders of the province of Baghdad to the Finance Ministry, where it was confiscated and transfer ownership and then was re-allocated by Municipality Baghdad to Mr. "Medhat al-Mahmoud," after the annexation of his property No. 168/76 m Aouinat to become an area of the entire property "600" square meters allocated to him in exchange for a cash allowance of "six million Iraqi dinars," the equivalent of "5000," US dollars, which is a rather dirt cheap.
He stressed that "Mahmoud sold the property on the shares to multiple people form, the drug has been recording the names of the new owners.
