Deputy Bahaa Al-araji, Prime Minister Tuesday, the Federal Service Bill approved by the cabinet meeting today, cancelled all the decisions "RCC" electrolyte on the civil service, with the project gives priority in recruitment to the families of martyrs and victims of terrorism.
In a statement, said Al-araji received "alsumaria news" that "the Council of Ministers decided, at its meeting on Tuesday, approved the draft law on the federal civil service and sent to the House of representatives to complete legislative procedures", stating that "the current law is inadequate."
"The current Bill has separate legal texts and instructions regarding the civil service", noting that "the project gives priority in recruitment to the families of martyrs and victims of terrorism."
"The project eliminates all the dissolved Revolution Command Council on the civil service as well as the Coalition Provisional Authority orders, and supports professional designation through the test procedure and jurisdiction".
Araji said that "the project establishes a system for the civil service at the Federal and local levels to distinguish between services", adding that the project has a uniform legal regime governing the civil service to keep pace with the evolution of comparator systems. "
The Cabinet decided on Tuesday (January 20, 2015), approval of the Federal Civil Service Bill and referred it to the House.
