He Osman said, "These parties are unable to reach their goal during parliamentary sessions preceding and is now trying to curb the Kurds, especially after the international support that he got the province, forcing Baghdad to implement many of the demands of financial ones, especially in the recent agreement between Baghdad and Erbil." And Othman predicted that "the efforts undertaken by the parties to the Sunni, Shiite and fail fail in its bid to amend the constitution, especially since the books of the Constitution are the Shiites have been exposed to pressure from their fans forcing them to leave it under the strategy with the Kurds relationship to continue to work together."
