Hilali: Service of the Federal Law will be submitted to parliament next week
BAGHDAD / .. confirmed member of the parliamentary legal committee Ibtisam al-Hilali, on Thursday, that the service of the Federal Law will be submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives in order to read it first and second reading and then vote on it.
She said Hilali's "Eye Iraq News," that "the service of the Federal Law of important laws in the House of Representatives," indicating that "the law is in front of the Parliamentary Legal Committee for study and comment on the law for submission to the Parliament."
She Hilali that "the current draft law is characterized by the separation of legal texts and instructions concerning the civil service," asserting that "the law will be submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives in order to read it first and second reading and then vote on it."
The Council of Ministers decided, on Tuesday (January 20, 2015), to approve the draft federal civil service law and referred it to the House of Representatives. Ended 2
