President al-Jubouri, emphasizes the importance of developing legislative and regulatory capacity of the Parliament

Chairman of the House of Representatives met Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri , on Tuesday, a delegation from the German Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the rule of law under the chairmanship of Professor Rudiger Wolfrum. During the meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation with respect to parliamentary development and improvement of the legislative and regulatory capabilities. President al-Jubouri, and praised the work of the institution, hoping that in a number of advanced workshops in order to exchange scientific and practical experience in the field of constitutional and legal sciences. For their part, members of the delegation expressed their happiness to meet with the President of the House of Representatives, praised the significant role it plays in the upgrading work of the Iraqi parliament.
