The President of the Council of the province of Babylon Raad Hamza al-Jubouri, on Thursday, was allocated trillion dinars loan within the budget to solve the staff of the Ministry of Industry Self-finance companies salaries problem,
and that the province got a $ 50 billion dinars from the regional development added to the budget as the poor and the need for exceptional support .
Jubouri said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "local government met with the head of the parliamentary finance committee, Ahmad Chalabi and the representative of Babylon Haitham al-Jubouri, a representative of the staff of the Ministry of Industry
