The House voted ninth minutes of the second legislative term first legislative Psonth held under the chairmanship of Salim al-President of the Council and in the presence of 259 deputies on Thursday, 01/29/2015, the draft federal budget law for 2015.
According to the information department of the House of Representatives in a statement: "Treasures Media" I got a copy of it, it's the beginning of the meeting said al-Jubouri, the importance of approving the budget, after a long wait for the Iraqi people have and the consequent delay of significant damage, pointing to the keenness of the House of Representatives to approve the budget, praising the role of Finance Committee to overcome the problems that have occurred in the vote on the budget after that contributed to the intensive meetings between the parliamentary blocs and the Finance Committee accomplished.[/ltr]
[ltr] Then the Council voted on the budget of the House of Representatives for the financial year 2015, amounting to 424 000 000 000 and 825 482 000 dinars.[/ltr]
[ltr]The council also voted on the budget of the Supreme Judicial Council for the financial year 2015, amounting to 411 000 000 000 and 837 534 000 dinars, while the voice of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights for the fiscal year 2015 budget of $ 20 billion and 600 million dinars.[/ltr]
[ltr]Council and did vote on the draft federal budget for 2015 submitted by the Law and Finance Committee.[/ltr]
[ltr]Estimates of the federal budget for fiscal year 2015 revenues of $ (94,048,364,139) thousand dinars, where is calculated revenues from export of crude oil on the basis of the average price of 56 dollars per barrel and the rate of export of (3300000) barrels per day, including (250,000) barrels a day for amounts oil produced in the province of Kurdistan and (300,000) barrels of crude oil volumes through the province of Kirkuk.[/ltr]
[ltr]The budget has allocated an amount of 119585322783 thousand dinars for the expenses of the fiscal year 2015 with the planned budget deficit reached 25,401,235,783 thousand dinars and cover the deficit of the internal and external borrowing and cash amounts retained in the Ministry of Finance account.[/ltr]
[ltr]For his part, congratulated the President of the House of Representatives on behalf of the Presidency and the House of Representatives of the Iraqi people on the occasion of the adoption of the budget for fiscal 2015, pointing out that the adoption of the budget has been over one month for the first time since 2003. Then the Presidency decided to adjourn the meeting.[/ltr]
