Integrity: the disappearance of billion dollars for the construction of a military hospital does not exist

Detection of the Parliamentary Integrity Commission member Adel Nouri, a file corruption military hospital placebo, dismissed former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's government billion dollars to her, as part of investigations into administrative corruption recorded during his presidency of the Iraqi government.

Nuri pointed out that there are many legal loopholes, saying, "We are now busy with some of those gaps."
He said a member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee that among the files that meet the Commission which, file "placebo hospital in Maliki's government," which spent for him big budget of $ billion, to provide a modern and sophisticated military service, "but it turns out in the investigation that does not exist in Iraq, so that is not the cornerstone of his situation. "
