A source in the Council of Ministers, said that the new accountability and justice law, which was approved by the Council, on Tuesday, allowing members of Saddam Hussein's Baath party to return to political life.
The source told all of Iraq [where] that "the law of accountability in the new wording gave clear the field for some members of the Baath Party is not covered by committing crimes and theft of public money and the attack on the Iraqi people to participate in political life."
The cabinet voted during its meeting Tuesday to approve the project accountability, justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party and forwarded to the House of Representatives for approval. Ended 2
