Labour launches soft and industrial loans in 11 counties
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, on Wednesday announced the launch of soft loans for job seekers and industrial loans for a period of one month, and confirmed that those loans will be launched in 11 provinces, while attributed the reasons for the granting of loans to be "those provinces did not meet their share of the lending fund."
He said ministry spokesman Amar Menem in a statement seen, the (long-Presse), a copy of which, "The Employment Service and loans will begin launching soft loans for job seekers registered in its database in seven provinces, namely, (holy city of Karbala, Muthanna, Basra, Maysan, Diyala, Cote, and Diwaniya) for one month starting from the tenth of the month of February and until the 10th of the month of March. "
He Menem that "presentation will be by e-mail to the ministry in a move to simplify procedures for citizens and to avoid exposure to cases of extortion by the weak people," adding that "the department is determined to launch a special industrial services loans in five governorates (Baghdad, Diwaniyah, Najaf, Dhi Qar and Kirkuk) and for a period starting from the 15th of February until the 15th of the month of March next month. "
Menem said that "the ministry launched a loan in those provinces they did not meet the amounts allocated to them in their own lending fund, the fact that the ministry allocated amounts for each province in proportion to the population density and the level of the poverty line."
It is noteworthy that the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Mohammad Xiaa Sudanese had been the face of the granting of soft loans for job seekers in one go instead of two batches and simplify procedures, applicants seeking to eliminate unemployment rampant in society.
