Salahuddin Council decides to appeal to the Federal Court against Article 55 of the Budget

Salahuddin province, the Council decided during its regular held in the district of Dujail in the presence of the governor of Salahuddin to appeal to the Federal Court against Article 55 of the budget.
He said the mayor spend Dujail Mohammed Dujaili in a statement to Radio tow the provincial council voted on Tuesday to file an appeal to the Federal Court against Article 55 of the general budget, which provides for the granting of all amounts budget for Salahuddin province of the development of the regions to the displaced, without being allocated funds for the reconstruction of regions of the country and Dujail and Samarra are stable security after its liberation from the grip of Daash.
He pointed out that Dujaili Salahuddin Council will take all the legal procedures of objection and an appeal to the Federal Court, and in case of failure to respond will resort to preserve the legitimate ways, including the right to demonstrate and others guaranteed by the constitution to stop this decision.
The House of Representatives had voted in January 29 last on the draft federal budget for the current year worth in excess of 119 trillion dinars and a deficit of about 25 trillion, and set the price of a barrel of oil at $ 56.
