Agreement between trade and rail transport on the ration card items through trains

Twilight News / announced the Directorate General of Railways, on Saturday, its agreement with the Ministry of Commerce to transfer all the ration card items from ports in the province of Basra to Baghdad and other provinces.

A spokesman for the Directorate General Mohsen Abdul Sattar's "Twilight News" that. "Agreement took place between the railway and general manager of trade on the move all the ration card items by trains as the national carrier rather than relying on a fleet of trucks to the private sector."
He enhancer that "the cost of transport across the railway is very low compared with the transport fleet of the private sector, as well as maximize the financial revenues of the railways, according to the directives of Transport Minister Baqer al-Zubaidi."
And between the enhancer that "the railway will be covered to deliver all the ration card items to the place determined by the Ministry of Commerce, whether in Baghdad or other provinces and looped material damage will be covered by movable rail compensated."
General Company for Railways is seeking to modernize their networks across the country after the new trains crews Chinese imported established in an effort for the advancement of the railway.
Intergovernmental Committee for transport and trade facilitation between Iraq and Jordan, announced late last year that funding has hampered the completion of the railway link sale Baghdad and Amman, as indicated that they settled with the Jordanian side all the technical issues and anchor points.
Iraq, Jordan, signed earlier in the memorandum of understanding included the establishment of the railway line between Aqaba (325 kilometers) south of Amman and Baghdad, according to the designs and studies prepared in advance in both countries, in addition to the coordination of project start dates and completion of the link between the two countries as soon as possible.
