Justice and Accountability: the amendments that were distributed in the Parliament Act to body "forged"
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - National Commission for Accountability for revealed that the amendments that were distributed in the House of Representatives of the Justice and Accountability Law false, indicating that the amendments checked by the State Council have not been distributed to the House of Representatives.
The Vice-President of the Commission Bakhtiar Judge's (IMN) "The amendments which were distributed to members of the House of Representatives at today's meeting of the Justice and Accountability Law forged, which is quite different from the amendments checked by the State Council."
Under the terms of a paper demands made by a coalition of national forces to participate in the government of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi transfer functions of the accountability and justice to the courts within six months of signing the agreement.
