The head of the accountability Bakhtiar judge Tuesday that the law, which was voted on by the Council of Ministers last week and sent to the Council of State is different from the law, sent to the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
The judge said that "the prohibition of the Baath Party, which was voted on by the Council of Ministers last week and sent to the Council of State is different from the law, sent to the Iraqi Council of Representatives law."
He added, "so we demand that there be transparency for the laws issued by the Council of Ministers and sent to the concerned authorities". | ST |
