Leading candidate for a coalition of state law Ihsan Al-Shibli was sworn in as deputy in the parliament instead of Imad al-Zurfi.
Parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] said, "Shibli sworn instead Zurfi after that challenged the Federal Supreme Court in its membership."
The Federal Supreme Court decided on 16 December last appeal membership Imad Abdul Khudair Zurfi health deputy substitute for MP resigned Adnan Zurfi, who won the parliamentary elections but preferred to return to his former position as governor of Najaf with granting his seat vacant for his brother [Imad Zurfi].
