In a statement to the government responded with "Twilight News", a meeting was held between representatives of the regional government of Kurdistan with the participation of Deputy Foreign Relations Officer Karwan beauty of the presence of the Minister of Natural Resources Ashti Hawrami, Minister of Planning Ali Sindi, with the consuls of foreign countries accredited to the region, in order to check and clarify the text of the agreement oil brominated between Arbil and Baghdad.
The statement said the Minister of Natural Resources presented a detailed explanation about the oil agreement between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Government of Iraq Federation details, noting that he made a clarification on points of misunderstanding in a number of terms of the agreement, including the export quantity of 550 thousand barrels of oil per day.
In this regard, noted Hawrami, according to the statement, the amount of exported oil by the government technical, administrative and security problems that impede the implementation of the Convention, pointing to the depth of the problems because of the emergence of the financial crisis that the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Region experiencing confrontations with terrorists organization "Daash" who are now constitute an obstacle to the implementation of the text of the memoranda of understanding between the two governments.
The statement noted that the Minister of Planning Ali Sindi, renewed his part, emphasized the Kurdistan Regional Government's commitment regarding the implementation of the oil agreement between Arbil and Baghdad.
The statement added that the representatives and consuls of foreign countries put forward at the end of the meeting, opinions and observations about the problems and obstacles between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government and about the kaleidoscope of oil and exported to overseas.
