Published by all of Iraq [where], the text of a proposed amendment to the first law of judicial investigators privileges No. 80 of 2012, which passed the House in its meeting on Monday.
According to the text of the law: the name of the people, the presidency, based on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic and on the basis of the provisions of item [II] article [60] [first] article [61] and item [III] of Article [73] of Constitution, issued the following Law No. [] for the year 2014:
The first proposal for the amendment of the law of judicial investigators privileges No. [80] for the year 2012
Article 1 amends the name of law and form reads the following: privileges and allowances of the employees of the Judicial Authority Law.
Article 2 cancels the text of Article 1 of the Act and replace it Mayati:
Article 1,
A judicial investigator and Associate judicial grant allocations seriousness of $ 500 000 dinars per month.
B gives all employees of the judiciary professional allowances amounting to 75% of the nominal salary.
Article 3 cancels the text of Article 2 of the Act and replace it Mayati:
Article 2 deserves judicial investigator and associate justice of all allowances and privileges granted to employees of the judiciary.
Article 3 The text of Article 3 of the Act and replace it Mayati:
The Supreme Judicial Council, set at least 7% seven per cent a year from investigators and collaborators judicial campaign bachelor's degree in law who meet the conditions of appointment stipulated in the Judicial Organization Law [160] of the year 1979 the rate of judges who have the service in Iraqi courts for not less for [10] years after passing a preparatory course in the judicial Development Institute.
Article 4 of this law shall be the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Reasons:
In order to interest in the work of employees of the judiciary and the burdens placed on them during their work in the courts and to improve the standard of living for them and in order to motivate them to provide the best and gave them allowances Ngném for any other work to Ainsjm with acts of their job, and in order to increase the number of judges in the judiciary to do big tasks placed on these courts proceeded This Aleghanon.anthy
