A member of the Commission on oil and energy
parliamentary, Awad al-Awadi, Tuesday, that the government of Kurdistan obliged to produce the agreed amount of $ 550 000 barrels of oil per day in order to fill the shortfall in the budget or the province, adding that the Kurds were promised pay amount discharged completely and increase oil production.
And between al-Awadi, in a press statement I followed Agency / Source News /, that there is an agreement between the governments of Baghdad and the region that is producing this amount of points and the payment of revenue in exchange for the amount of 17% of the budget to Iraqi Kurdistan,
adding that the Kurds attributed the delay in production to the existence of technical reasons and to the difficult conditions experienced in Iraq in the last period.
