Abadi: under pressure to give the post of secretary of Baghdad to a man and you choose an independent woman

Prime Minister revealed, Thursday, for being the "pressure" to give the post of Mayor of Baghdad, to a man, and pointed out that he insisted on the choice of a woman, "efficient and independent" for the job, and as pointed out they are able to succeed in its mission and advancement, his quest stressed to increase the representation Women in government and independent bodies.
Said Haider al-Abadi, during a ceremony at the Rashid Hotel in central Baghdad, organized by the Ministry of State for Women's Affairs in collaboration with the United Nations on the occasion of (Women Festival) and I attended, (long-Presse), that "exposure to a lot of pressure to give the post of Mayor of Baghdad, to a man," pointing that he "insisted on the position to grant an efficient and independent woman."
He said al-Abadi, that, Amin New Baghdad "able to advance the mission and where success is," pointing out that "women represent 40% of state employees and there is a great dependence on the feminist element in building a community."
Abadi said the quest, to "increase women's representation in the government and independent bodies," noting that "a student political blocs represented the largest women such as formation of the government."
The prime minister announced Wednesday, (March 4, 2015), for "the withdrawal of the hand" of the municipal agent for the secretariat of Baghdad, Naim Abaub, in the wake of its previous exemption from the post of Acting Secretary.
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, decided on, (the 17th of February 2015), exemption Acting Mayor of Baghdad, Naim Abaub, from office, and the appointment of Dr. Eng anniversary Alloush, instead of him acting as well.
The Iraqi government has led Haider Abadi and one woman is the Minister of Women's Affairs State Nuri statement.
