Council of Ministers discusses the draft budget for 2012 131-trillion dinars

Cabinet discussed in its special bill the federal budget for 2012 which includes the allocation of 131 trillion dinars total federal counterbalance an increase of 36% for the year 2011. A statement of government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh confirmed that the total revenues of the federal deficit of 107.7 trillion dinars a total of 23.3 trillion dinars is covered by the cash retained from the 2011 budget and internal borrowing and Aforeigjonsbh of savings expected from increased selling prices or increased oil production or borrowing from the IMF and the World Bank
