He Zobaie that "we and our face questions about the mechanism adopted to activate Article 11 of the Budget Law, where the Federal Office of Financial Control in coordination with the Office of the control of the Kurdistan region calculating and determining obtained revenue in the region for the current year and the Ministry of Finance in the region to transfer to the Federal Ministry of Finance every month," he said "The answer was, there is no cooperation by the Kurdistan Regional Government in this matter."
For his part, President of the Supreme Audit Agency Farouk Abdel Halim "The BSA is made corrupt files and include them in the periodic reports annually, most of which have been referred to the Integrity Commission and to the inspectors general to take legal action."
And Abdel Halim said "BSA has a correspondence with the Office of Financial Supervision in the province were open areas of cooperation with the government of Kurdistan."
