Infallible Alloush: the need to remove obstacles to the provision of services to citizens

President Fuad Masum, the secretary of Baghdad stressed anniversary Alloush, Sunday, on the need to remove obstacles to the provision of essential services to the citizens, and the transfer of the capital to stage its characteristic basic services, cleanliness and order.
The presidential office said in a statement issued on the sidelines of a meeting infallible and secretary of Baghdad, said that "the meeting saw the discussion of the fact the service of the city of Baghdad and the need to work diligently in order to remove obstacles to the provision of essential services to the citizens."
The bureau said that "the two sides stressed the need to move the capital to stage its characteristic basic services, cleanliness and order, in order to preserve its historic role and status of civilization."
For its part, Alloush confirmed according to the statement, "the importance of supporting the President of the Republic and to support the secretariat of the capital."
And announced the Municipality of Baghdad, in the (February 26, 2015), for direct memory of Mohammed Jaber Alloush functions acting as secretary of Baghdad, commissioned by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
The memory of Mohammed Jaber Alloush holds a doctorate in civil engineering management discipline construction projects, and is currently working post of director general of the Department of Construction and Projects, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where he was on Thursday (February 19, 2015), the last day of her past her position.
