University graduates demonstrate, demand employment in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, hundreds of university graduates demonstrated in front of the Ministry of Higher Education in central Baghdad to demand their employment.
IraqiNews reporter said that more than 500 graduates of Iraqi universities demonstrated this morning in front of the Ministry of Higher Education building in al-Karda area in central Baghdad to demand their employment.
He added that the demonstrators expressed their resentment at the lack of job opportunities after graduation, noting that the security forces closed the roads leading to the ministry building and cordoned off the area to secure the demonstrators.
