Al-jubouri announced agreement that the rotating presidencies of the parliamentary committees

Parliament Speaker Salim Al-jubouri, Monday, for an agreement to be the rotating presidencies of the parliamentary committees for a period of two years, with the Presidency of the Parliament will not deal with any President of the Commission is not bound by political consensus.
Al-jubouri said during the Parliament session, held today, the Board has during past sessions that are nominated chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons and rapporteurs of the committees in accordance with the political consensus which has been adopted in the current legislative session ", stating that" an agreement was reached which was accepted by all the parliamentary blocs to be rotating presidencies of committees for two years "
He said that "the Presidency Council decided to adopt the political consensus and respect and abide by it, in particular regarding reconstruction and Services Committee, where the Chairman of the Committee in the first two years of the Kurdistan Alliance and the last two years of the National Alliance and Vice President of the National Alliance and the Kurdistan Alliance, and later for the National Alliance."
The speaker said that "education will be in the first two years of the National Alliance and the Kurdistan Alliance's last two years and Vice President for Kurdistan and then to National Alliance and for Iraq," Noting that "the Presidency of the Council will not deal with any President does not abide by political consensus."
