Judicial expert warned of the failure of the entire state project, after ingestion of independent bodies, by the parties in power in Iraq, saying that the parties sharing the bodies, trying to empty the contents of the 2005 Constitution.
The head of the Integrity Commission, former Judge Radhi al-Radhi said that "the introduction of independent bodies in sectarian quotas abhorrent map, and the appointment of heads of her on the basis of sectarian would upset the performance and efficiency of the process, but leads to poor community's trust these bodies, and thus interpret its decisions on the basis of bias, resulting his refusal to cooperate with the community, but also raises the sensitivity and hatred, and therefore its isolation and the loss of the object and purpose of its existence. "
Radi said that "to say that the independence of these bodies harm the state and its prestige, but it is to say differently to the fact that the new reality in the governance of states, because the well-known locally and globally, that the state in which the discipline of economic and social is the state in which an independent and effective oversight and accountability bodies are."
It is noteworthy that Masood Haider deputy in the Iraqi parliament stressed the blocs and parties participating in the government on the distribution of the presidencies of independent bodies between the parties, the three main ingredients in the country, pointing out for the National Alliance for the presidency of 10 bodies, while the share of coalition forces presidency six bodies, and the Kurdistan Presidency Five bodies.
