Dr. Haider Abadi Prime Minister in his office received, today Monday, 23/03/2015, Governor of the Central Bank on the Keywords.

During the meeting, they discussed the work of the central bank's strategy for the coming period and the control of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate against foreign currencies.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of maintaining the independence of the central bank and that works to promote the financial and economic reality of the country and draw financial and economic policies that enable us to move forward towards what we aspire to.

The prime minister noted the importance of being with Iraq sophisticated banking system comparable to developed countries, stressing the need to put the control of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate mechanisms.
