Abadi adviser: investment banks need to resolve the housing crisis .. and existing commercial banks

BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, on Thursday, announced the launch of a lot of ideas and projects to solve the housing crisis in Iraq.
Saleh said in an interview / Baghdadi News / "The distribution of plots of land and construction of horizontal roads does not solve the real crisis spread to forty years old conflicts prevailed in Iraq."
Saleh added that "the real solution is to create a residential cities vertical construction in a way, and this pattern is the most widespread in the world and the best solutions to the housing crisis."
Saleh pointed out that "there are international companies specialized in this matter, and the method of repayment by installments or lease ownership structure, meaning that the housing unit rented and after a certain period of ownership to the lessee passage."
He noted the benefit of that "such a project needs a real investment banks, banks operating in Iraq are commercial banks, and that this pattern of banks needs to be special legislation, and we all know that the legislation in Iraq suffers delay or non-performance during the previous parliamentary sessions."
Abizaid and in favor of "we hope for the best in this parliamentary session," stressing "the necessity of urgency legislation of economic laws that would solve the crisis and the promotion of economic reality."
Saleh stressed that "the government is determined to solve the housing crisis in Iraq, and there are meetings, ideas, and projects underway with major international companies to encourage them to invest in Iraq."
And Saleh, said that "decades crisis can not be resolved between overnight, and what is needed is a real quest to resolve the crisis, and this is what actually happens all the parties concerned."
