House of Representatives postponed a vote on the draft amendment to the judicial duties Act No. 14 of 1981 on the agenda at today's meeting.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "scuffles broke out between the two MPs Hassan Shammari and Mohammed Naji after the last claim to postpone the vote on the bill."
