The text of the First Amendment to the Federal Law Service Law

Published by all of Iraq [where] the text of the First Amendment to the Public Service Act of the Federal Law No. 4 of 2009, which passed the House in its meeting on Saturday.
According to the text of the law, according to a statement to the House of Representatives as follows:
Based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic, according to the provisions of subsection [first] of Article 61 and item [III] of Article 73 of the Constitution, issued the following law:
No. [] for the year 2013, the first amendment to the Law of the Federal Public Service Council Law No. 4 of 2009:
Article 1 The text item [first] article [5] of the public service of the Federal Law No. 4 of 2009 and replaced by the following:
Article [5] - First: The Council consists of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and nine full-time, who holds a college degree in the primary to be at least three of them in-law and three of them in management, economics, and one each in medicine, engineering, agriculture members.
Article-2 of this law shall be the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
And the reasons for the promulgation of the law is "for the purpose of ensuring the participation of most of the spectra of the components of the Iraqi people in their representation of the composition of the Federal Public Service Council, initiated this Aleghanon.
