Nineveh and Salahuddin unite their stance toward stopping entitlements Exchange

(Independent) .. governor of Nineveh province Liberation of Iraq and President of the Supreme Security Committee in which he said he agreed with the governor of Salahuddin to unify the two provinces attitude toward stopping entitlements Exchange, pointing out that the decision to stop the exchange is incompatible with the budget bill, which included exchange benefits all the provinces, according to constitutional proportions.
