Shafaq News / The Ministry of Planning said on Friday, that the crisis that has plagued Iraq is complicated
because of the link between the security situation and economic problem, asserting that the International Fund for the reconstruction of the liberated areas has become a necessity.The ministry’s spokesman , Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told “Shafaq News", that "The problem in Iraq is complicated resulting from the security and economic situation after the decline in oil prices in global markets and the large deficits in the federal budget in return for high specific requirements of continuing the momentum of military operations to liberate areas and pressure displaced people file ".Hindawi said that "displaced people file pressure the government after the number of displaced people exceeded 2.5 million," stressing that
