Transport Minister Baqer al-Zubaidi , on Monday, that the investment budget of the Ministry of zero, and among the ministry staff salaries ongoing and there is no problem with them, he pointed out that he would not be stopped any project in the ministry.
Zubaidi said at a press conference held today, attended by Alsumaria News , said that "our budget zero does not have even the operating budget investment budget will be 25%, which is dedicated to operational except for salaries," noting that "salaries continuous drainage and there is no problem with them, and I think that the investment budget will be zero to the end of the year. "

The current year budget affected significantly lower global oil prices, prompting many of the ministries to the allocation of its budget only ongoing projects due to the significant decline in oil prices.
