{Baghdad: Euphrates News} committee approved the parliamentary services and reconstruction, on Sunday, their lack of the laws of private services and government bear responsibility for it.
The committee member said Nazim al-Saadi told {Euphrates News} today that "it is the duty of the executive government and the legislature to deliver services to the citizen, and that of its rights," adding that "the Commission services lack the important laws, and the responsibility of the government being responsible for proposal Law and converted to the House of Representatives. "
And called on the government and relevant ministries related services to "send important legislation for the legislation. Today, we lack the important laws."
He stressed that "there are laws in the Municipality of Baghdad outdated, and did not find their usefulness at this time and did not apply to the bottom of the case and this progress, and therefore those laws correct them and send it to us and Asagh new laws commensurate with the progress in the country."
