He Hamoudi, that "this decision will include all projects that have been approved by the Council or the presidency and the reluctance or suspicions or delay of financial and technical," asserting that "the Presidency is ready to receive any allegations of private existence suspicions of financial corruption or administrative council projects and departments of him. "
It is noteworthy that the financial and administrative corruption is spreading in Iraq dramatically, as Transparency International has been classified as the third country with most corrupt in the world after Somalia and Sudan, but the Iraqi government is often critical of the organization reports on corruption and considers inaccurate and based on the information they received by local and foreign companies failed to implement service projects in Iraq.
