Shawqi: former Government impeded the exercise of legislative powers House

(Independent) a.Bloc mp Salim shawky, said Wednesday, that the previous Government had impeded the work of legislative power in the area of proposed laws primarily located and there is a decision of the Federal Court and the SJC gives right to the House legislation.
He said Shawqi, the Federal Court and the Judicial Council approved the legislation but exempted the three things, first drafts of laws that come from the judiciary may not House amendment, addition or proceed to kiss at all without recourse to the judicial authority taking the principle of the separation of powers, and the second may be legislation which contravenes the law, the political document that the text agreed in the lower House voted for Al-AbadiThird, it may not be any law legislation which the financial implications to be considered by the Executive.
