US site: Death toll in last April in Iraq amounted to 4811 people

The head of the humanitarian aid department of the European Union Jean-Louis de Brouwer from, that "the humanitarian situation in Iraq is deteriorating rapidly, the number of displaced people has doubled four times what it was in last year's pace does not seem at this time that they slow down."
