Oil Ministry announces an unprecedented rise in exports last month

BAGHDAD / Nina / Oil Ministry announced on Friday the rise of exported quantities of crude oil rate achieved in the month of April to unprecedented levels.
A statement by the Ministry quoted its Spokesman Assem Jihad as saying that the daily rate for export in the past month, April, reached, according to preliminary statistics released by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company / Sumo /, approximately (3.077) three million and seventy-seven thousand barrels, and this rate has not been achieved since the eighties” .
He said: “The total volume of oil exports and revenue resulted recorded an increase compared to last March month, as total exports amounted to (92.
ninety-two million, and eight hundred thousand barrels, and total revenues amounted to (4. four billion, and eight hundred million dollars, with an average of selling price ( 51.7) dollars per barrel. ”
Jihad said that “the amount of exports from southern ports in Basra amounted to more than (78. seventy-eight million and eight hundred thousand barrels, while the total amount of exported oil from the Turkish port of Ceyhan more than (8322) eight million and three hundred and twenty-two thousand barrels.”
He outlined that the quantities exported have been loaded by the international oil companies that carry different nationalities from the ports of Basra and Khor al-Amaya on the Arabian Gulf and the Turkish port of Ceyhan.”
The total oil exports for the month of March was (92.4) million barrels, while total revenue earned (4.477) billion dollars.
