He added Kikhany that "the ministry It has a loan from the World Bank of $ 355 million dedicated to the development and rehabilitation of the rapid key between Baghdad and Basra road, through a contract with foreign companies for the completion of this project, "noting that" the amount of $ 255 million provided us a loan from the IDB allocated for the development and rehabilitation of the road link between Iraq, Syria and Turkey. "
He pointed Kikhany that "the Japanese loan to the central government of two billion dollars, the ministry share from $ 250 million Sn_khassa projects housing", pointing out that "the housing fund will resume in the coming days, the distribution of payments overdue loans since 2014".
Minister of Housing and Construction said that "there are instructions issued with the exception of journalists and the completion of giving them housing loans faster transactions and not subjected to the timing and table applicable Housing Fund."
