Summary:
Interest in the work with a view to judicial investigators and the risks to which they are exposed and to give them the privileges that Ngnehm for any other business to business Ainsjm with their job, initiated this law.
Based on what passed the House of Representatives in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article 73 of the Constitution.
President of the Republic decided on 22.10.2012
version the following law:
Article 1
of this article was amended by Law No. (4) for the year 2015
a grant judicial investigator and Associate judicial and all employees of the judiciary allocations seriousness of $ (500,000) five hundred thousand dinars per month.
by donating all employees of the judiciary professional allowances amounting to 75% of the nominal salary .
Article 2
of this article was amended by Law No. (4) for the year 2015
deserves judicial investigator and Associate Judicial all allowances and privileges granted to employees of the judiciary.
Article 3
of this article was amended by Law No. (4) for the year 2015
on the Supreme Judicial Council, the appointment of at least 7% seven per cent a year from investigators and collaborators judicial campaign bachelor's degree in law who meet the appointment conditions laid down in the Judicial Organization Law (160) For the year 1979 the rate of judges who have the service in Iraqi courts for at least 10 years after passing a training course in the Judicial Development Institute.
Article 4
This law shall be the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
