BAGHDAD / Obelisk: Independent Electoral Commission refused, on Sunday, dealing with any third party on appeal the election results announced last Monday, and issued a coalition of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, winning 95 parliamentary seats out of 328.
He said UNHCR spokesman Safaa al-Moussawi told reporters followed the "obelisk" that "all Iraqis to deal with the Iraqi judiciary because of the principles of sovereign country."

Competed in the Iraqi elections about 9200 candidate representing 107 electoral list, including 36 political coalitions and 71 political entities, most notably the "rule of law", and "citizen block", and "block free", and "Uniting for Reform", and "Arab Iraq," and "Kurdistan" on the 328-seat Iraqi parliament seats.
And it requires the formation of the government and the inauguration of Prime Minister bloc or coalition gain the support of 165 members in the next parliament, out of 328 members to ensure that grants its candidate for prime minister, confidence and move to form a government procedures.
It is said that the Electoral Commission announced on Monday, in the victory of a coalition of state law first prize by winning 95 seats, followed by the coalition of the Liberal second place by winning 34 seats, while solving the coalition of citizen rank third by winning 31 seats, and came coalition united fourth place by winning 23 seats, while the National Coalition came fifth rank by winning 21 seats.
