Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: The Minister of Justice Haider Zamili, Tuesday, that the project of e-government citizen of the country's leading enterprises in the field of communication with the citizens and provide services to them and find the necessary solutions to their grievances.
Said Zamili in a press statement received by "tomorrow Press," "The e-government project a service program run by the Department of affairs of citizens and public relations at the Council of Ministers, seeks to adopt modern technology to receive citizens and complaints requests and work to establish a close relationship between the government and the citizen."
The minister "of justice circles and the face of the need to respond rapidly to the needs of citizens and meet their demands directly benefit from this project to be a link in reducing red tape and reduce the momentum of the transactions in the same direct contact circuits with the citizens," noting that "the ministry began working in this project since the beginning of this year and began to receive citizens' requests and forwarded to judicial departments are provided answers and solutions relating to requests of citizens and their complaints to the main center in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. "
"The ministry has allocated representative in the minister's office is responsible for running this program and follow-up with the judicial departments of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers", adding that "information on project E-citizen government form includes a copy of personal information to the applicant and the party that purports to send the application to it of the state institutions ".
He pointed out that "the project is one of the vital projects used by the current government and approved in developed countries, which will contribute to creating a state of communication between the Ministry and its departments with direct contact with the citizen.
