Parliamentary Security: Parliament violates the Constitution to discuss the National Guard Law Today

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad announced the decision of the Commission on Security and Defense parliamentary, Hakhuan Abdullah, on Wednesday, the House of Representatives today committed a constitutional violation explicit by displaying the National Guard to discuss the law and the second reading without discussion of law within the relevant committees.

He added that "the offense was introduced by us and in my capacity as Rapporteur of the Commission on Security and Defense but the presidency of the parliament did not listen to us and before Parliament in a discussion of law which is contrary, and that the law includes an explicit irregularities and overlaps with other laws and views security as the fight against terrorism, where he developed powers of the anti-terrorism National Guard ".
He said Abdullah that "the construction of a grand and give him broad powers such as fighting terrorism is something we consider to be not true because he would refrain role of the relevant committee in the Parliament to monitor his work, as well as other irregularities were introduced by us in the Kurdistan Alliance, such as the linking of the National Guard General Commander of the Armed Forces."
