Iraq's parliament dismissed the beginning of the current-for H / L P
Twilight News / Legal Committee of Parliament suggested, Saturday, around the vote on the draft law to the Federal Court next legislative term because of continuing disagreement on some of the paragraphs of the project.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Muhsin al-Sadoun Twilight News, said that "the current legislative term is nearing completion, and there are still points of contention between the blocks on the draft of the Federal Court Act has not been resolved yet."
Sadoun said that "the security situation and the developments that have occurred in Anbar delayed agreement on the points of contention between the blocs," likely that "they can be postponed a vote on the bill to the next legislative term."
At issue between the political blocs on specific paragraphs of the Federal Court Act quorum of the federal court hearing, which proposed the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the presence of three-quarters of the members of the Court and not the two-thirds of members of the Court as well as to be a decision-making in court by agreement and not a majority.
And it rejects the proposals of the National Alliance and the Kurds have demands that call for the convening of the Federal Court, along with two-thirds of its members to be decisions of the Court by a majority of those present and which is not in agreement
