Baghdad - INA / Integrity Commission said the parliamentary member Hashim al-Moussawi, said Saturday, "The Council of Ministers has committed an offense by giving the amount of two trillion dinars to the private banks to finance the projects."
He said al-Moussawi, for "the Iraqi News Agency" that "private banks do not commit to any guaranteed legal mechanism for returning such amounts to the government. What makes these funds vulnerable to suspicious operations such as smuggling or money laundering."
He stated that "There are many banks in Iraq accused of money laundering and suspicious of business could cause the collapse of the Iraqi economy process."
