Iraqi parliament withdraw membership Mishan al-Jubouri, the school certificate forgery

Erbil, 26 May / May (PNA) - canceled the membership of the Iraqi Council of Representatives MP Mishan al-Jubouri of the mass of "united" Sunni, rigged to allow him to study Certificate membership of the Council.
A parliamentary source told پrیs "Iraqi Council of Representatives decided to withdraw membership MP Mishan al-Jubouri for not receiving a scholarship certificate qualifies him to occupy one of the seats."
"The decision was made after a unanimous vote of the deputies present at today's meeting." The Council also decided to restore all the financial benefits obtained by the al-Jubouri during the previous period, according to the source.
The source confirmed that "the decision came at the request of the Electoral Commission, which confirmed the invalidity of al-Jubouri, claimed that the school certificate obtained during his stay in Syria."
And to provide a certificate confirming the candidate receiving a junior high school as a minimum candidacy in the parliamentary elections, according to the source.
The source pointed to the need to obtain confirmation of any candidate for membership of the Parliament of Iraq, the junior high school diploma as a minimum to contest parliamentary elections.
Jubouri and already subjected to accusations in earlier times, including "terrorism" and "misappropriation of state funds," which has not issued a final provisions.
