Karbala Council: We have no intention to end the owners of contracts and daily wage earners Services

Krblane- Iraq Press : denied Karbala Provincial Council, on Tuesday, and an intention to terminate large numbers of wage earners services daily and contractors during the next phase taking into account the human and material to put them and the difficulty of re-hiring staff during the coming period in the event of budget funds availability noting to "The presidency of the Commission services sent in, to allocate part of the revenue to maintain public contractors to pay workers' wages with the state and with daily wages."
A member of the Committee, Hussein left, Tuesday, "The Council has resorted to this procedure to avoid layoffs very large numbers of workers without permanent staffing, especially since most of the government departments are going their services across these workers, including local administration, which is the Diwan of the province and the provincial council."
He left out that "there are obstacles and barriers surrounded Karbala and impede the provision of the necessary wage for contractors temporarily money while maintaining process, notably the absence of the general budget and financial crisis in Karbala, as well as the difficulty of TGP collection decision, which was counting on the province out of its financial crisis because of legal problems relating to the procedures for the return of bodies covered Paljbaah and acquisitions for public squares, "noting that" the general revenue of the provincial council, which will ensure the salaries of daily coverage of the procedure and contractors would be by imposing a small fee to the auditors for government departments.
