Chapter One
Definitions and establishment
Article 1

Article 6
members of the Board of Trustees and the President of the network and Menteboha all committed to achieving the goals of the network according to the following:
First, to work according to the principles of public broadcasting internationally recognized and characterized by independence, impartiality, integrity and credibility, objectivity and transparency as explained and detailed in the network systems, and stand at the same distance from all parties in the process political.

Chapter III

Article -8-

Article -15-

Fourth: the appointment of employees in the network or contracting with them and terminating their service in accordance with the provisions of the service system to the network.

Third: The Securities and Exchange Commission

Financial Provisions
Article-21-

رابعا: تقوم هيئة الاعلام والاتصالات العراقية بتوفير التراخيص والترددات البثية اللازمة لعمل الشبكة مجاناً ولا تخضع الشبكة الى مراجعة الاداء من قبل هيئة الاعلام والاتصالات العراقية.
خامسا: تعين اللجنة المالية خلال ثلاثة اشهر من نفاذ القانون وتتولى القيام بالخطوات اولا الى رابعا خلال فترة لا تزيد عن عام واحد من نفاذ القانون.
سادسا: تنهى عضوية اقدم اربعة اعضاء في مجلس الامناء الحالي خلال ستة اشهر من نفاذ القانون وتطبق الاجراءات المنصوص عليها بالنسبة لاختيار اعضاء جدد.
سابعا: يقوم مجلس الامناء باعداد النظام الداخلي خلال ثلاثة اشهر من اول جلسة له واختيار رئيسه ونائبه.
ثامناً: ينقل منتسبو الهيئة العراقية العامة لخدمات البث والارسال والعاملين في القنوات التلفزيونية والمحطات الاذاعية وجريدة الصباح ومجلة الشبكة وغيرها الى شبكة الاعلام العراقي حسب حاجة الشبكة خلال فترة لا تزيد على عام واحد من تاريخ نفاذ القانون بما يضمن حقوق الجميع.
تاسعاً: تقوم لجنة مكونة من ممثلي مجلس الامناء ووزارة المالية بجرد الاموال المادية والمعنوية التي كانت تملكها وزارة الاعلام المنحلة لنقلها الى شبكة الاعلام العراقي.
المادة -27-
أولاً: يلغى امر سلطة الاتلاف المؤقتة [المنحلة] رقم [66] لسنه 2004 [الهيئة العراقية العامة لخدمات البث والارسال].
ثانياً: لا يعمل باي نص يخالف احكام هذا القانون.
المادة-28-
ينفذ هذا القانون من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
الاسباب الموجبة

خامسا: تعين اللجنة المالية خلال ثلاثة اشهر من نفاذ القانون وتتولى القيام بالخطوات اولا الى رابعا خلال فترة لا تزيد عن عام واحد من نفاذ القانون.
سادسا: تنهى عضوية اقدم اربعة اعضاء في مجلس الامناء الحالي خلال ستة اشهر من نفاذ القانون وتطبق الاجراءات المنصوص عليها بالنسبة لاختيار اعضاء جدد.
سابعا: يقوم مجلس الامناء باعداد النظام الداخلي خلال ثلاثة اشهر من اول جلسة له واختيار رئيسه ونائبه.
ثامناً: ينقل منتسبو الهيئة العراقية العامة لخدمات البث والارسال والعاملين في القنوات التلفزيونية والمحطات الاذاعية وجريدة الصباح ومجلة الشبكة وغيرها الى شبكة الاعلام العراقي حسب حاجة الشبكة خلال فترة لا تزيد على عام واحد من تاريخ نفاذ القانون بما يضمن حقوق الجميع.
تاسعاً: تقوم لجنة مكونة من ممثلي مجلس الامناء ووزارة المالية بجرد الاموال المادية والمعنوية التي كانت تملكها وزارة الاعلام المنحلة لنقلها الى شبكة الاعلام العراقي.
المادة -27-
أولاً: يلغى امر سلطة الاتلاف المؤقتة [المنحلة] رقم [66] لسنه 2004 [الهيئة العراقية العامة لخدمات البث والارسال].
ثانياً: لا يعمل باي نص يخالف احكام هذا القانون.
المادة-28-
ينفذ هذا القانون من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
