He added that "the President of the Council bears the responsibility for the lack of a vote on this important law, It is unfortunate that the decision to extend the legislative term of the past was not successful, as we have not seen in the additional month only clashes, problems and differences."
The House of Representatives has postponed Saturday's vote on the draft passports submitted by the committees, defense and legal security law until reconsider some of its articles, which aims to Iraqi enjoy constitutional rights to obtain a passport by facilitating the granting of passports measures, and to ensure freedom of movement and line With the new democratic approach.
