Baghdad - INA / confirmed member of the parliamentary finance committee, Majida al-Tamimi, said on Monday that inflation in Iraq, has become "reasonable", noting that the committee fears "corruption" in the printing of large denominations that the central bank intends to implement them.
She said Tamimi's "official Iraqi News Agency", that "change the currency will not affect inflation because the inflation rate in Iraq has become a 2 to 3 percent, which is considered reasonable to some extent," pointing out that "the government is considering currency printing process of category 50 100 thousand to reduce the money supply in the market size. "
"The Finance Committee wary of printing large groups of currency because the process is expected to be accompanied by the corruption of the process of switching," afterthought "The CBI had taken all legal and prudential reserves in order to keep the possibility of corruption in the process of printing new currency."
