Twilight News / Council of Ministers held its second regular Tuesday under the chairmanship of Vice-President of the Council Ruz Nuri Shaways.
According to a statement issued by the Board that issued a number of resolutions of the Council, namely:
Extend the work of the committee formed under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (2) for the year 2012, and customs clearance number (85) for the year 2014, supervising the conduct of syndicates and unions problem elections under the Governing Council Resolution No. (3) for the year 2004 for a period of one year from the date of issuance of this decision for the completion of elections to be this extension is the last, or the addresses of the enterprise associations and according to the law of scientific societies No. (55) for the year 1981, shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in order to complete the administrative bodies guided by Resolution No. (3) for the year 2004, and entrust the presidency of the Commission the director of the Department of Affairs Committees in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
The Council also approved the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international TIR Convention of 1975, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.
The Council endorsed the report of the first national communication of Iraq Framework Convention of climate change and the Kyoto Protocol prepared by the Committee established by ministerial order No. (674), dated 04/09/2011, contained in the book of the Ministry of Environment with a number: EX M / 146 and dated 04/19/2015.
The Cabinet also decided to approve the fulfillment of customs tariffs in all border crossing points, without exception, as well as taxes, including taxes on Kartat mobile phone, automotive, sales tax starting from 01/08/2015 for the necessities of process and technical, in order to work to secure accordingly and continued to work in accordance with previous mechanisms for while date mentioned.
The Council also approved by the Ministry of Finance to allocate the amount of $ (50,000,000,000) dinars, fifty billion dinars to the Ministry of Environment of the reconstruction of areas affected by the terrorist attacks Fund allocations, for the purpose of enabling them to mines and unexploded ordnance clearance in the liberated areas of control Daash terrorist gangs, in coordination with the Chairman of the Committee mentioned Fund.
